LEADERSHIP TEAM
People Behind SmartEdge IT Solutions
The people listed here are the people who make the technical decisions and who answer for delivery. There is no separate account layer between you and the work.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Who decides, and who answers for it
Every engagement has one person responsible for technical decisions and one for the relationship. You will be told who they are in the first week rather than being introduced to them once the work is nearly finished.

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our Leadership Team
The roles below describe what each person is accountable for, not a job description. There is no list of certifications here, because accountability is the more useful signal: what matters is knowing who owns each part of the work, and being able to reach them directly rather than through a sales layer.
Leadership and delivery, in one team
Strategy, design, engineering and delivery sit in the same conversation from the first brief onwards, so decisions are made once and carried through to release. Nothing is handed to a separate team partway through a project.
Work With Our TeamOUR VALUES
The Principles That Guide Us
The principles on this page are the ones that have actually changed a decision at some point. Where a value could be satisfied by any agency claiming it, we have left it out.
Our Culture-
Innovation
We embrace new ideas and technologies to create better solutions. -
Integrity
We believe in honesty, transparency and doing what is right. -
People First
We value our team, clients and partners and support their growth. -
Excellence
We strive for high-quality work and continuous improvement.
TEAM CULTURE
How the team works day to day
Written status over live stand-ups, small pull requests reviewed before they merge, and documentation written while the decision is still fresh. None of this is visible in a finished product, and all of it is the difference between software that can be changed safely and software that cannot.

Great People. Great Ideas. Real Impact.
NEXT STEP
Talk to the people who would do the work
Not a salesperson. The first conversation is with someone who will be on the project, because their judgement about whether it is a good fit is the useful part.
Questions people ask us about this
Small. Everybody here works directly on client systems, and nobody manages a project they have not read. That limits how much we take on at once, which is a constraint we have chosen rather than a stage we have not reached.
In and around India, working across Indian, European and North American hours so there is real overlap with a client's working day. Nobody is asked to work a night shift to cover someone else's morning, and the arrangement is part of the why SmartEdge page.
No. Everyone on client work is employed by SmartEdge IT Solutions, which is partly why we take on less than we could. It means accountability sits in one place, and the team page is honest about the size that follows from that.
Yes, before you commit to anything. You speak to the developer, not to a sales contact, and our questions to ask before hiring article is a reasonable preparation for that conversation.
Through the constraint of a short platform list and through work that is varied enough to require it. Nobody is expected to know everything; they are expected to know what they are working on properly and to say when they need help.
On real work, alongside someone senior, with a review of everything they produce. It is slower per person and better for the client, because the review is the point.
Yes, at the point where a proposal makes sense, and it is worth doing before signing rather than after. Where travel is impractical we will arrange a video call with the people doing the work.
Occasionally, and the careers page lists what is open. We would rather hear from somebody who wants the work than fill a role because a quarter started.
